At Malik Truck Arts, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact us within: 2 days of receiving your order.
- Return items within: 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot process refund or exchange requests after the 7-day period
Custom or Personalized Orders
Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be liable for any loss in value.
